Problem with 100Mb/s

I have problem connect my 3 computers at 100Mb/s.

2 with WinXP Pro and 1 with Win2000. All connected to switch with DSL gateway.
Network adapters support 100Mb/s.

The problem is: if i use only 10Mb/s all working perfect and no problem. when i change the speed to 100Mb/s computers cannot acces shared files/folders (but see them in network places). error that i dont have permisions to acces this files or they are inaccesable...

I dont change anything else, only the LAN speed.

Where is the problem???

Strongly points at hardware. Since you have 3 PCs, try running pairs
of PCs at 100 Mb/s with the 3rd turned off; that may identify the
PC with the bad NIC or bad cable. If no pair works, you may have a
faulty switch.

Note that you should, first, try 100 Mb/s instead of auto-speed.
Some implementations of auto-speed are bad.

Did it before, also try to connect PC directly without switch. i dont use autospeed.
PC1-PC2, PC2-PC3... no change
