Problem: Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

Problem: When opening an attached jpg picture received in Outlook Express,
it takes 20+ seconds for the picture to appear in the Viewer. Pictures
already existant in my computer open almost instantaneously. Is there a way
to speed up the response time for opening attached email pictures?

Go to Start > Run and type this

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll (press enter)
