problem while using OUTLOOK 2007 with cached mode/pop3 enabled

I have a problem while using OUTLOOK 2007 with cached mode enabled. I am not getting any notifications for IMapiAdviceSink::OnNotify methods from outlook 2007 when any profile contains a cached mode/pop3 account enabled for its mailbox. Can you please let me know why is this problem occuring and what is the work around for the same. Thanks in advance
