Hi,

I am using FrontPage 2003 (no SP). When I upload a .asp page to the
server and view it, some unwanted links gets added to it.(eg. abortion
photo abortion picture abortion pill abortion poem) I have no idea
from where these links get added from.

When I preview the pages on my localhost, it opens ok. But when opened
from the server these links are there. I have 3 other pages included
in this asp page and the unwanted links gets added just below all the
included pages.

Before, all used to be uploaded fine. Any suggestions??

Can you provide a link so we can see the site and also post the source code
of the page (View Source in your browser, then copy and paste the code from
Notepad, into a reply to this post).

Sounds like somehow, third party advertising is being added to the page. Is
it sort of showing in the same way you see Goolge Ads on some sites? Are
these 'ads' appearing on any other page, or just the one you mention below?
There has to be some sort of code in your page to make this stuff appear on
itl.

Could you check with your host....as they may be able to explain why it has
occurred (just wonder if any of their other clients have such advertising on
their sites....). Or, it could be your page has been 'hacked' somehow.

Maybe if you delete all files from the server and republish, it might clear
it up? That wold be a lot of effort if your site is extensive.

Just suggestions.....but will be interested to see if you make any progresss
with your host about this.

Hello,

I contacted my host, deleted everything from the server and published
the whole website again - this solved my problem.

Thanks
Anand
