Problem when opening new IE window

Good evening all. I started having a problem a few days
ago with my IE. After i open the first browser window,
which opens normally, any other new separate window that
i try to open come in a smaller size. With most pages,
what i have to do is to press the maximize button on the
windo top right. But wiht some other windows, i'm unable
to do that, and also to resize it. I have no idea how
this happened and what can i do to solve it. If anyone
here could help me, i would apreciate it.

You need to open to one of the small windows, then close any others, now use
your mouse to drag it to the size you want it, then close that one, it
should open as you closed it next time?
If not use the right click on its toolbar button and choose size, using the
arrow keys, resize it, ensure it is the only IE window open, then close it
with the X.
