When my daughter Log On in her User Name and try to burn Datas, when she
arrived to the step where you click Burn, in the "Action column" where you
have Recorder/Action/Buffer Level, what she has is "inactive". Me, when I
Log On to my User Name, and I click Burn, in the "Action column" it says
"Idle" and I have no problem to burn my Microsoft documents or my pictures.
What should I do to change "Inactivate" to "Idle" in the "Action column" when
my daughter is Log On in her User Name?

Thanks!

My guess is, your Daughter has "Limited" account type.

1. Click Start - Control Panel - User Accounts
2. Click your daughter's account name.
3. Click on "Change the acocunt type".
4. Check if here account is set to "Limited". If yes, then change it to
"Computer Administrator".

Changing the account type to Administrator has only one cause that she will
have all the rights to modify each and every thing in Windows.

Hope this help, let us know!
