Problem w/ Shared Comp. Toolkit

I have successfully installed UPHClean-Setup, however when attempting to
install Shared_Computer_Toolkit_ENU.msi I receive an error saying that the
install was interupted and I cannot install. I am running NTFS w/ SP2 and am
logged in as Administrator on XP Home Ed.

ps and yes, I validated first.
 
There is a newsgroup dedicated to the Shared Toolkit called
Microsoft.public.windows.sharedaccess that you may also want to post
