Hi qquirks,
Awesome news! The warning you see only applies to that game.
Once you exit the game, the priority for the game no longer applies,
since the game is no longer running on your system. Rest assured.

| Hey, Jimmy S, you hit a home run 100 percent again. Reset priority to "above
| normal." 50% snail now 100% faster snail. However, scary message from
| Microsoft about system instability if you reset a program priority. Is this
| something to worry about as long as you reset priority back to normal after
| you're done playing? Forgive my lack of understanding since every piece of

|| OK, new advice. I'm getting a little confused here. I think the program has
|| some problems in design which slow it down, the way it drops and drags player
|| cards. Do I really want to reset priority to high under task manager if it's
|| a programming slow down? Never reset a priority. So am asking.

||| Hi qquirks,
|||
||| 50% improvement is great.. here's how we might get the other 50%
|||
||| You can change the priority of a program to speed it up, or slow it down.
||| Click Start / Click Run / Type: taskmgr and then press ENTER
|||
||| - Right Click on the program and select: "Go To Process"
|||
||| - Right Click on the process and "Set Priority" to High or Low as needed.
|||
||| - You can speed up games even more by ending all other Applications that
||| are listed in the taskmgr, and right click to disable all icons by your clock.
|||
||| - I was going to explain how to use the start command from the RUN
||| command line to launch any application from however this article is already
||| published on the internet and covers the entire buffet, including affinities.
|||
http://fox2k.net/2ktweaks/game_tuning_guide.htm
|||
||| - You can slow down your games even more by running many programs,
||| or use the Moslo utility:
http://www.hpaa.com/moslo/v132/moslo132.zip
|||
||| Moslo Instructions - Note this is not for the casual player - Use only if needed:
|||
||| Unzip the program to the same directory as the game you want to run slower.
||| For the next steps to work, you have to have that directory open in windows.
||| Note: Get the process name using taskmgr, then click Start / Search to Find it.
|||
||| Next click Start / click Run / type: command and then press ENTER
||| At the DOS command prompt type: MOSLO /## GAME.EXE
|||
||| Note: ## is a number (actually, percentage ... using /50 runs the game at half
||| normal speed) and GAME.EXE is the name of the game you want to play.
