Problem w/Keyboard typing wrong letters

I need help in changing my keyboard. When typing in
MSWord, when I hit the z key, I get a y and when I hit the
y key, I get a z. When I hit the underscore key, I get ?
and when I hit the ?, I get underscore

How can I fix this

Sounds like it's set up to use the layout for a different
language (US vs. some European language, I suppose).

Changing the keyboard layout is actually a WINDOWS question,
but tell us which version of Word you have and which version
of Windows and we'll try to help you get to the bottom of
what's causing this.
