I want to import data from ACT 2000 and use OutLook as my
contact manager program. I create a custom form to mirror
the data that I have in ACT 2000. I save this form as
default. If I am entering a new contact from scratch, all
is OK, the new custom form appears. However, if I try to
import information from ACT 2000 into Outlook 2002 -
regardless of how I may try to "map" info - it will still
only import into the default "contact" form for Outlook.
Is there a way to fix this? If not, does Outlook 2003
have that capability. Thanks in advance for your help.
