Problem viewing windows

After downlaoding the update I am unable to view certain
content. for example when I ckicked on new post in tis
newsgroup the window poped up but was blank.so I have to
use netscape to post this question. many times when I click
on a hyperlink in a webpage I get a blank page. Any ideas
how I fix this in IE6.02

I am having the same issue after being already on IE 6.0

and doing the windows upgrade. Service Pack 4 loaded and
now many explorer pages don't open and just time out.
