problem viewing text links in IE6

When visiting a certain website, a text link was not
visible, while others were. The site's tech support said
it should be there and when I used another computer, the
link was indeed there. Why is my browser not allowing me
to see these links?
 
I have the same problem Pleas elet me know if you get the

This winsock repair fixed all my IE web page display trouble. All my pages
show and display as they should know.
