Problem Viewing Pictures

On selected web sites, I have problems viewing photos posted on those sites.
I get an outline of the photo and a little box with a red X in it. What
settings do I need to change to view those pictures?

First, make sure if the "Show Pictures" option is turned on in Advanced tab
of Internet Options.

This problem is also seen in computers where Norton Internet Security
Ad-blocks is turned on.
