hi, have recently bought Fifa 2006 for my PC. I have installed the
videocard geforce4 MX (64MB)
to get the game started. I have downloaded the drivers for the card as
well but the problem I get is that the sub menu (e.g. country) cannot
be chosen. I get a different country every second but I cannot confirm
my choice. Is this a problem with the videocard or with the game
itselve ?

Do you happen to have a joystick connected??
If so it looks like it is not calibrated properly in the game and is just
rolling through everything.
You may have to disconnect it if so.

Most games out there never run on the nVidia cards to
begin with. Generally the game writer has to provide a
patch so the game can detect the card and drop
incompatible settings ... generally AA, but there are
problems with HDR, Shaders, on and on it goes.
Watch for a patch.

I have that problem with my 9800 Pro card and that World Snooker 2006. The
card will dump back to desktop on anything more than a frame being played.
No patch though, don't think Sega is working on it. Definately not the
card... I think? Since updating drivers and all makes no difference at
all.
