Leonardo

I used to play Age of Empires all the time. Once I
installed windows XP and got a Broadband connection the
multiplayer on zone.com wont work. Some of my friends had
the same problem but if they connected using a dial-up
modem they were able to play. I subscribed again for dial-
up modem connection and it still does not work. What Can
I DO??

I will appreciate any help!

Hi Leonardo,

If you are Unable To Join Games or if others can't join games
you Host try the solutions at: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/MultiPlayer.html#ftl
It doesn't make sense that you can no longer play though your
dial-up connection unless you still have the network installed and
it's causing a conflict, or grabbing the packets for itself. Focus on
the information in that link pertaining to forwarding ports through
broadband equipment (Routers / Some Modems). Good luck! :-)
