Problem using Outlook 2003 on Vista

I just got a new computer with Windows Mail and I miss my features on Outlook
2003. I saw a thead which said that Office 2003 is compatible with Vista, so
I reinstalled it using the disk from my old computer. It said the install
was successful, but it will not launch on my new computer. I get an error
message which states "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open
the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is
not available." Any suggestions for resolution? Thanks in advance.

You will get more help by asking this question in the Outlook newsgroup:

That error usually means you don't have an Outlook Data File setup.
'Control Panel|Mail|Data Files', make sure you have one.

If memory serves me there is an update, (or two), on the Office update page
