problem using automatic execution..storage card load slow

hi all i have this problem, i have written a c# programs and i have installed
it on the storage card of my mio p350,(i found the same problem in a hp
hx2100) i have put the link at the program in the folder for the automatic
ececution of programs..but here the problem:

when the device start up i have a notification error because windows is not
able to load the programs, it seems that the OS could not enter the storage
card in the right time...as a matter of fact i have put the program in the
cache and it start up without problem..is there a way to solve this behaviour?

You need to wait for the card to be mounted by the storage manager before
you can execute off of it. There's no way around that. Also be aware that
if you sleep and wake, apps running off a card will very likely fail.
 
so you think my task is quite impossible, because we are speaking about
hardware limit..my only way is to put the program in the RAM, i thinks...
