problem tryinh to delete a program

I am trying to delete aprogram and get a message saying
you are missing Rundll......what does this mean? How do I
delete this program?
 
Do you try to delete from the add/remove list in control
panel? If you get the message there, try to install the
program again over the old version and delete it after
that.

click start, search, for files and folders,all files and

folders, give file name you are trying to delete, wend
found then delete.
