problem to start with vista

(sorry for my english, i'm french)
the installation of vista was clear, but when i swich on the computer, and i
choose vista, the screen become black, and nothing was happened.

did it already happen to somebody ?

when you choose vista press F8 and try safe mode

i already use it, but it's like when i start vista, there is a black screen.
know i format the HD and i will re install
