I have a problem with windows mail when I want to send messages directly.
When I push send, the message is delivered to the outbox. When I push the
send/recieve button, nothing happends.
I have to close windows mail and restart it, then the message is send.
Sometimes I also get an error message telling me that the message cannot be
send because it cannot be found in the outbox, but when I push delet it is
well deleted.
My computer is a new laptop Toshiba p200 with 2giga of memory.

Had the same problem but cured it by checking and replacing corrupted system
files. Go to this Microsoft web site to get full instructions: -

Many thanks for your advise.
I tried the file scan. It find several corrupted file but said it cannot
correct them all. As result it did'nt solve my problem. I also tried a system
restore to a early point but the system could not be restored to that point.
For the time beeing I try to keep the system the way its. All the rest works
fine.
