Problem solved for downloadiing & saving a CSV file to your hard disk

I finally came across the answer to my problem I previously posted
in the MS Office Knowledge Base files. And it worked !

Here is the fix, in case someone else has this problem.

Symptom
When you click a URL to a .CSV document, you may not be prompted to save the
file, and the .CSV file may automatically open in Microsoft Excel.

RESOLUTION
To enable the open / save prompt for .CSV files, try this:

a.. Open Control Panel, double-click Folder Options
b.. Click the File Types dialog
c.. Select XLS (Microsoft Excel Worksheet)
d.. Click the Advanced button
e.. Enable the option Confirm open after download
f.. Click OK, OK to close the dialog
