problem sharing same network connection

I'm having a major problem, I have two computers here at
home. One connects to the internet and is used mainly for
research and paper writting. The other computer is used to
search the web and check e-mail through such things as
outlook express. Things were fine till the hard drive in
second pc crashed and was replaced. Now even though the
two pc's are able to see each other and share files, the
second one is not able to access the net. What do I need
to do?

Try looking at the DNS settings on the other computer and configuring the same addresses on the computer that was rebuilt.
