I reloaded windows XP home on my computer and I lost the internet access
setup for sysmatrix. When I try to use the network connection wizard to
re-setup the internet connection the option of connecting through a phone
line is grayed out and the only option is to connect with cable. When I try
and add a connection in the internet options I get error 711Remote access
Service manager could not start. When I go to services and try and get it to
start it says access denied. ?????? Help please

"Why is Dial-Up Modem or PPPoE not available using the Wizard?"

It sounds like maybe your modem drivers did not get
installed. Right click My computer and then left click
properties and look for hardware then hardware manager
see if there is a modem or if there are any yellow
question marks. If so reinstall the modem drivers.
