Problem setting up and accessing Remote Desktop

Doesn't appear in Programs>Accessories>Communications. Tried to install client from MS Website. Says that it is already installed on the system. Not in the Add/Remove Programs. Went to the Windows Components section and located and installed Remote Desktop Web Connection. Still doesn't show up. Both boxes in My Computer under Remote Tab are checked. Am in the Administrators group. Any suggestions?
