Problem saving movie in PAL format

I wanted to share a movie with my family in England so I saved my movie in
PAL format and then using Nero I saved it to a DVD again turning the PAL
option on. Unfortunately, when they play it over there it only shows about 10
minutes of it and then stops but the audio keeps running. I made 3 copies and
none of them work.

What did I do wrong? Can anyone help? Much appreciated.
