problem saving jpegs from the web

Hi
Does anyone have an answer to my problem. For some reason
I am no longer able to a) save jpegs from the web. The
only option I have is to save as 'bmp'. b) I can no
longer drag jpegs from the web onto my desktop. I have
tried running system restore to when I *was* able to do
this, but this hasn't worked.
Thanks to anyone out there!

Your temp space is probably full. In Internet explorer, Menu:
Tools/Internet Options, then "GEneral TAb" see one of the boxes to clear
it out.
