Problem saving and previewing project

Ican not save my project so I can view it on my computer nor can I preview my
project. The file is 12.1 mb. How long should it take for it to be
converted so I can view it on my computer. I waited for an hour and a half.
I increased my paging file and closed all the programs I could. No results.

This is a project for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.

I would appreciate any and all advice and recommendations.

I' not too well versed on most of the applications used for projects, but if we
knew which application you are speaking about it may help.

This is the windowsxp.photos group and there are many different types of
applications that can create projects.
