problem retrieving printer information for this object

Looking for any help with the following message "There
was a problem retrieving printer information for this
object. The object may have been sent to a printer that is
unavailable" when trying to design a report. Access will
not let me design a report or even use the wizard.
Any help would be great !

The printer message could be because the report is set to
go to a specific printer rather than the default printer.
Open the report in design view and set the File >page
setup > page tab click on default printer.
With respect to your other problem, if you still have the
same results afterreboot, I would suspect that there is a
problem with your Access files and you may have to
reinstall.
