Hi

I'm new to VB.Net and I'm wondering if there is any function available that
will remove a troll called Paul Clement (MVP) from the VB6 newsgroup?

It's called a Message Filter a feature in all NG readers that you can
use to killfile a poster in a NG so that you don't see the posts from
the poster.

That does not remove him. It merely prevents me from seeing his posts. What
I want to do is remove the troll Paul Clement (MVP) from the newsgroup
altogether, so that he is unable to post his troll messages at all. This
particular troll, Paul Celement, is a Microsoft MVP and he is trolling a
Microsoft Public newsgroup. I would have thought that Microsoft would have
the power to prevent one of their own MVPs from trolling one of their own
newsgroups, or at least have the power to remove his MVP status if he
refuses to comply. Is that not the case?

That's impossible unless you register a complaint with his ISP to block
him from going to the MS sites or have his ISP service stopped.
