Problem publishing...

Using Win98 and FP2000

I did a search on Microsoft.com site for the following error that I get when
I try to publish my website

'Server error: Error 2 opening registry key Software/microsoft/shared
tools/web server extensions/ports/port 80'

I have limited knowledge on using Registry keys.

Help someone please, and keep it simple LOL
