Hi,
Database being merged (Office 2003) into letter (I did not set the
design up on the letter)... such that Person's name, address and so
forth are top left, then the FORM letter is pre-printed on our stock
paper, and then at the bottom Right the "same" info (person's name,
address, so forth is printed again.
Problem: On certain data there is a field that is populated so there is
ONE addition line in those TWO text box to be printed areas. This simple
pushes the last 'text box' data OFF onto a second page and messes up the
letter prints.
How best to keep the whole letter on one page EVEN if ONE Additional
text box (font size is already pretty small) appears in the form?
Thank you so much.
