I am having problems trying to print disk labels, using Epson R320.
Up til now, the printer has been doing just fine. The black
disk-tray has a thin, plastic thingee on the end that has become
somewhat distorted, and the printer's rollers can't pick up the tray
to draw it in for printing. If I stand there and force the plastic
end into the rollers, then the printer finishes the job of printing a
liable on the disk in the disk-tray.

Any ideas how I can deal with this?

Thanks

Replace the 'thin, plastic thingee'.... they're usually available on eBay.
Of course if the printer iss still under guarantee, call Epson for a
replacement.

The new style of CD tray does not have the very easily bent and distorted
"plastic thingee" on it anymore and thus is less prone to failing to load
the tray.

Try get a new one on ebay, or if your warranty is still good, Epson will
replace the damaged one.
