Problem outlook2003+bcm

I have the outlook 2003 with bcm installed many month ago. I have also
installed the BCMupdate.

Four day ago, when I go in business contact I see all contact list but if I
click on any contact I have a message error: Business Contact Manager was
unable to initialize this form.
I have already reinstalled the bcmupdate, I have control the
MSSQL$MIRCOSOFTSMLBIZ is running and the SQLAgent$MIRCOSOFTSMLBIZ is running.
Help me please and excuseme for my bad english.
 
another caratteristic: when I go in contact - business contact, in menu bar i
see "tools" and not "business tools"... ...Why???
In this situation as I do a backup copy of the bcm database???

This indicates that your BCM may be disabled. Check Help -> About ->
Disabled Items

<Differant Person Same Error on my Clients (including "The Operation
Failed. An Object could not be found" on outlook open) It was the first
thing I looked for having fixed this before, I tried adding the COM
Addin dll from the SMB Folder also this was working till today I'm
afraid an Auto Update may have broken it - I'll look at that one reg
entry next
