Have a large existing database located on network drive,
used successfully daily. After installation of new PC
with XP and Access 2003, also used application
successfully. Today, I can open all components except
reports. Co-worker with new installation can open all
components of same database. I have tried restarting my
PC and closing anything else opened.

Any suggestions and helpful hints welcomed.

Set a default printer in Windows. If you already think you have one defined,
re-set it.

Thanks for the tip. My default printer is a network
printer HP LJ5. I reset it as the default printer and
still cannot open any reports. If I select another
printer, HP DJ 1120C, that is attached directly to my PC,
I can open reports. Returning to the LJ5 does not fix my
problem. Any other ideas?

Apparently you have an issue attaching to the network printer. Have you
tried reinstalling the network printer?

I had a similar problem, but the network printer didn't work with the
Laserjet 2300 driver. When I downgraded to a Laserjet 2100 driver, it
worked fine.

The Laserjet 2300 driver was working for other Windows apps.
