Problem opening index.html file

All of sudden, I cannot open my home page (index.html) file to make changes
to it. I get a message that reads: "error reading file".

I am very new to FrontPage 2003 and would appreciate any suggestions.
 
I am also getting this. Suspect it has something to do with the Quicktime
video I'm linking to. The index.html page if over 10MB. I'd like to remove
the link to the video but can't seem to get in and edit it anymore via
FP2003. This is the offline copy of index.html that I'm talking about. The
webpage opens and works great in a browser.
