problem on viewing flash web page

I have bought a flash web page, have edited it and published to domain for
viewing. On my computer (when I log in to the internet) the page looks good
and the flash is great. Problem is that when I ask my friends/associates to
view and comment, they state that nothing comes up only a white page.

What is the problem and can it be fixed

Please advise

Works fine from here on my computer :))
 
In FireFox there appears to be a white page, with one image and some
invisible text (yellow on white is almost invisible), until the Flash
loads. The Flash is a huge file that takes 2 or 3 minutes to load on
dialup.

In IE, apart from the size of the flash, no problems.
