Problem on joining the Win2k Domain

I've already deploy Windows 2000 AD with 2 domain user I made. The problem is : when I tried to join Win2k Pro client to the existing domain, it still can't join with error message
"Unable to impersonate using a named pipe until data has been read from that pipe"

Any suggestion ??? Please help me...
 
Can you give us more information about your domain. Try running dcdiag and
netdiag on your DC to see if you get some more info. And make sure, that you
are pointing your DNS settings to your internal DNS server.

Also take a look at the following for crashonaudit;
160783 Error: Users Cannot Log On to a Workstation
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=160783

and check Bypass Traverse Checking right to be sure that either everyone or
authenticated users is there.
