problem of system explorers

System explorers on my pc disappeared after installation. Cannot figure out
why. Anybody has the same experience as I do ?
The screen looks like following:

OS: Windows XP Home SP2
Software installed: Norton System Works, Norton Anti Virus 2005
Hardware: P4 630 3.0G HT / DELL Dimension 8400

Here's the fix:

We believe we have a workaround which is better than installing the VB6 SP.
Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

Please let me know if this is working.
