problem of installing of a usb modem on vista

I can't install the drivers and the program of the cd of onixon dsl 100u
device (a usb modem) on vista. When i try to install, till vista installs the
driver at the same time with setup, everything's fine but vista installs the
device correctly but setup doesn't see it. When it finalizes the setup, it
says "the device can't be installed correctly" and it rolls back the action.
When i turn on my computer windows defender block the setup and when i let it
work, it starts from rebooting. i can't solve this problem. Thank you for
your help!

Contact the device manufacturer to see if they have a Vista compatible
driver. If they don't yet, you'll have to wait till they do. You could
also file a bug report requesting the driver.
