Problem networking vista with vista.

I have a problem networking 2 pc with internet sharing. this is what i have
done:
1st pc has 2 network card:
1st card connected with the router:
ip adress: 10.0.0.1
subnet mask:255.0.0.0
default gateaway 10.0.0.138

Dns: 10.0.0.138
dn2:195.170.0.1
(share network connection checked)

2nd card(this card is connected with the other pc):
ip adress: 192.168.0.1
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

dns: 192.168.0.1

Card on the other pc:
ip: 192.168.0.2
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
gateaway:192.168.0.1

dns: 192.168.0.1

The 2 pc's can se itsother but i dont have internet on the second, why?
