PROBLEM NEED HELP

Hi my name is neil the other day i was downloading some msn smileys and wen
they finished coming down my comp wouldnt work prop it wont let me acssess
any of my files or my computer an wen i try my comp just freazes. ive try,d
scanning with numouros softwares and it they all fail to help. and try,d
system restore also but it always comes up failed to restore. would
appriciate any help PLEASE

Try booting into Safe Mode, (press F8 during boot up and select Safe Mode)
and running an anti-viris program.

If you still have problems afterwards, try to boot using Last Known Good
Configuration, (F8 during boot up).

Most likely your downloaded "Smileys" were viruses or spyware.
Try safe-mode and uninstall them, then do a full scan for virus, spyware,
adware.
