problem installing kb835732 onto w2k prof pc

Have downloaded the latest kb from the Windows update
website and when i run the download it appears to execute
until 75% and then indicates unable to access drive error
appears - I am logged on as the administrator..Can anyone
advise possible solution..? Have download all the other
latest kb's without any problems..have rebooted in safe
mode and tried again with no joy...stuck?

Have sorted out this problem the solution was to reboot
in safe mode and re-run the kb software - found that my
access to the c:drive had everyone permission removed
therefore "access denied" - problem sorted
