problem installing Frontpage 2003 error msg repair system file

I am having trouble installing Frontpage 2003 on my computer. I keep getting
a 'repair system file' and 'uninstall system file' error message.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
 
What OS are you installing on? FP2003 runs only on Windows 2000 Pro and XP
Home/Pro.
Are all your service packs up to date?
