problem in sending mail

I am trying to send a mail and I am getting a message saying 'fatal sending
error' or 'microsoft jet database engine problem' Does anyone have this
problem
 
Hi Steve, Lovely to hear from you. Can u guide me through the steps that will
solve this problem. I really really need this help
