After furious head scratching, newbieaccess asked:
| My problem is slightly different. When I try to create a new message,
| I get the error:
| "There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred."
| If I try to open the address book, I get the error:
| "Unable to open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be
| installed properly."
| I have tried Microsoft Knowledgebase and the problem seems to be
| related to a security patch. I have followed their instructions to no
| avail.
| This is an XP-SP2 computer with Outlook 6 and IE7.
| Any ideas?
