problem in open power point file

i receive an email in the outlouk have a power point file, when i click to
open the power point file i have message : power point can't read
C:\Documents and Setting\amw\Local Settings\temporary Internet
Files\OLK107\E:\fiber_optic_solution.ppt

and if i save this file to the hard drive and i will try to open i will
receive a message : power point can't read E:\fiber_optic_solution.ppt
 
Which version of PowerPoint are you using?

I don't use Outlook so I can't say if this is possible, but do you have a Save
As rather than Save command? It almost seems as if the "E:" has somehow become
part of the filename Outlook thinks the file should have. Filenames may not
include a colon (:) character so PPT won't be able to open it.

Can you save the file to a different name?
