There are a couple of possibilities I see for the error.
One - It looks like you may be trying to use a range of cells. If you are,
then you need to replace the comma(,) with a colon
) (U3:Q3) not (U3,Q3).
Two - You may be missing an Add-In and need to install the Analysis Toolpak.

One reason is that the Analysis ToolPak may not be installed. Choose Tools,
Add-Ins, and check Analysis ToolPak.
