problem in eksplorasi.exe virus.....

Hi all my pc was infected from virus and it is got very slow .....
it was very frustrating to work on this ...
plz help me out ...
actuly during startup its showing find c:\windows\eksplorasi.exe make
sure that you type the name correctly try again ...
I think there is some problem with eksplorasi.exe....
plz advise me some link or any antivirus to get rid of this virus ...
