Problem in creating new account in BCM

While creating new account in BCM, we are getting this error.

"Creating an instance of the COM component with
CLSID-{2C247F23-8591-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628}-from the IClassFactory failed
due to the following error: 80040112".

That GUID is for the “Microsoft ImageList Control, version 6.0”.
Control is probably not registered properly due to some other app
install issue / incompatibility. See if you can fix or repair the
problem?
