Problem Importing liniks

Hi,
When I attempt to import my links it imports them but they are imported in a
folder called the bookmarks toolbar folder. Is there a way to get them out
of the folder or import them without the folder.

When you say "import my links", can I assume you are importing a
bookmark.htm created with IE-File-Export?

I don't get the same thing when I import a bookmark.htm. It puts them
where I tell the wizard and that is normally direct into the Favorites
folder.

You can get them out by dragging them to where you want.
It may be easier to do in Windows Explorer rather than IE.
